Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 11 September 2026

1. Our approach

NewKey.cy aims to make property information and Website functions usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom or other assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of Website maintenance rather than a one-time claim.

2. Standards and legal context

We use recognised web-accessibility principles, including WCAG, as a practical reference when improving the Website. Where Israeli web-accessibility requirements apply to a service connected with NewKey, the relevant requirements under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities framework and Israeli Standard 5568 should also be considered. This statement does not claim that the entire Website has completed a formal external WCAG or Israeli Standard 5568 certification.

3. Accessibility work on the Website

Current and ongoing work includes semantic headings and labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus where supported by the component, form labels and error feedback, responsive layouts and zoom support, skip-navigation mechanisms on relevant interfaces, and alternative text for meaningful images where the content and source allow it.

4. Known limitations

NewKey is a large Website containing both newer and legacy components. Some older pages, complex maps, third-party widgets, historic content or interactive components may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as newer interfaces. We continue to identify and improve such areas.

Property pages also contain photographs, renders, plans and videos supplied by developers or other third parties. NewKey does not create or own all of this material, and third-party embeds can have accessibility limitations outside NewKey's direct control. We aim to provide accessible surrounding controls and information where reasonably possible.

5. Third-party content

Maps, video players, developer websites and other embedded or linked services are operated by independent providers. Their accessibility can change without NewKey controlling the underlying service. If a third-party item prevents you from obtaining information about a property, contact us and we will try to provide the relevant information in a practical alternative form where reasonably possible.

6. Physical accessibility arrangements

This statement currently covers digital accessibility. If NewKey provides an in-person public service at a location for which accessibility-arrangement information must be published, verified information about those arrangements will be added here.

7. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us which page or function caused the problem, what device/browser or assistive technology you used where relevant, and the information or action you were trying to access. Contact info@newkey.cy or use the Contact page.

8. Updates

We may update this statement as accessibility work, Website components or applicable requirements change. The review date above indicates the latest revision of this statement.
