The Company is not responsible for these publications, not regarding the content appearing in them, their correctness, their legality, and the use of this information is at the user's responsibility. By agreeing to this, you release the Company from any future claims you may have regarding damage caused to you directly or indirectly, or to third parties, as a result of engagement or execution of transactions. Availability of Website Services

The Company cannot guarantee full and continuous availability in the use of the Website. The user declares that he is aware that there may be malfunctions in use. Intellectual Property and Use of the Website

In the event that virtual telephone numbers are used by the Company, the advertiser will receive a virtual number which will be used by him to receive phone calls. The advertiser will not make any other use of the virtual phone number, and at the end of the publication, the number will no longer be usable for him. In addition, the Company may terminate at any time the use of the virtual number allocated to the user or advertiser without providing explanations, at its discretion. The advertiser will not publish his virtual number in an advertisement without receiving approval for this from the Company. The advertiser hereby declares that he knows that the use of the virtual number is conditional on the Company receiving data regarding the numbers of incoming calls received, call times, and also various technical data. The Company may make use of this information. The advertiser waives in advance any future claim he may have in this matter.

An advertiser who wishes to publish content or an advertisement on the Website declares that there is nothing in the uploading of the content or the advertisement and everything in it that violates the law or the rights of a third party. The section also refers to images. Use of the Website allows the Company an unlimited and/or irrevocable and/or time-unlimited right to use the information, images, or any other uploaded content.

Use of the Website and publishing an advertisement on the Website permits the Company or anyone on its behalf to contact him to receive "advertising material" as defined in Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982. This will be seen as consent according to the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981. Additionally, the advertiser confirms that he agrees that the provisions of the Sixth Annex to the Consumer Protection Law will apply to him. The advertiser gives his consent that the Company may contact him in all real estate field subjects, even if he is registered in the database according to the Consumer Protection Law.

Use of the Website, use of information existing on the Website, use of contact details appearing on the Website, and making an initiative contact to advertisers on the Website permits the Company to contact the user with offers for services in the real estate field, whether by sending an electronic message or a short message service (SMS). The user permits the Company to send him publications and information at its discretion. The consent is relevant both to advertising and marketing information and to offers with other services. Hereby the user gives consent to receiving "advertising material" as defined in Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982, as well as consent according to the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981. The user hereby confirms that the Company will collect information and data arising from the use of the Website. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the user must check relative to every transaction all the relevant checks, perform a check for the property value, its condition, the rights existing in it, its planning status, and any other check. Where property details or any advertisement are transferred on the Website, the aforementioned should not be seen as a recommendation for purchase or sale, and the user must perform all required checks relative to every transaction.

Use of User's Credit Card Details

In the event that the user entered credit details for a specific transaction, the Company will use the details provided only in conjunction with receiving the details and for the purpose of the specific transaction. Transfer of credit details on the Website is performed in an encrypted standard. The Company will not transfer credit details to other parties and will not make any other use of them besides what the user permitted.

Simulations and Property Plans

All details appearing relative to a project of any kind (including diagrams, images, 3D display) (hereinafter: "the Simulation").

The simulations presented on the Website are intended for illustration purposes and are based on data from the developer and not on data from the building permit or actual construction. They do not constitute a substitute for performing checks by the user, including appraisal, engineering, legal, or planning checks. Significant differences may exist between the simulation presented and the actual situation, and it is the user's responsibility to check this. The Company will not be responsible for discrepancies, as far as they exist. The user is forbidden from relying on the simulations in performing a real estate transaction without performing all the required comprehensive checks.

The furniture that exists in the simulations is for illustration purposes only. The simulation may include panoramic images, images of the landscape, and environment. They too are used for illustration only. They should not be seen as a commitment to the actual situation at the time of construction or after it. Before the user performs a transaction, he must examine the engagement agreement or other documents relative to the real estate, including the binding sales plan. The simulation is not a binding document in any form whatsoever.

User Updates on the Website via User Forum

The Website allows its users to browse messages appearing in the forum and to write responses using free text (hereinafter: "Forum Use"). The user hereby confirms that he knows the Company is not responsible for any content published by other users in the forum. The forum content may contain flaws, errors, and inaccuracies. The user must perform all checks himself and not assume that the information published in the forum is correct or accurate. The user hereby declares that he will have no future claim regarding the Company's responsibility relative to the forum content, the use users make of the forum, and any other claim regarding the forum.

A user who publishes a message in the forum is obligated to act according to law and morality. He undertakes not to write in the forum illegal content, not to write defamatory words, not to violate the privacy of others, not to mislead or impersonate another, and not to promote illegal goals or those that have a violation of copyrights. Additionally, the user must act in a manner that respects others and maintain appropriate discourse.

The user hereby undertakes that as far as he made use of the forum in a manner that caused damage to the Company or other users, he will be liable for every expense and every damage it has due to his publications in the forum, if he violated the Terms of Use of the Website. In case of violation of the Terms of Use, the Company will be entitled to transfer the user's details to the damaged party.

The user publishing a message in the forum hereby declares that he transfers to the Company the intellectual property rights in the message, and specifically, the Company reserves the right to change and/or edit and/or copy and/or delete the advertisement.

Company Use of Information and Privacy Policy

The Company may collect all information and data arising from the use of users on the Website and accumulating over time. The Company may use cookies and collect statistical information from the servers and information regarding actions performed by the users on the Website.

The collected information will be used, among other things, for contacting the user, creating a customized area, improving the user experience and services provided on the Website, sending advertisements and advertising material according to the user's fields of interest, delivering anonymous statistical information to third parties, transferring details to third parties when a request for sending information or contacting is received, all according to law. The user's request to receive information or contact constitutes his giving consent to transfer his details to various relevant bodies for receiving information or contacting as stated.

The user hereby declares that he permits the Company to transfer information from its database to various advertisers about the user. As far as incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or non-updated information is found, he may contact the Company with a request to correct the information or delete it.

However, the Company cannot guarantee that an illegal intrusion will not be performed, without its consent, into the Website systems.
