These Terms of Use govern access to and use of NewKey.cy, including property discovery, project pages, developer information, account features, calculators, articles, forms and related Website functions. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use features that require acceptance of these Terms.
NewKey is a digital property-discovery and information platform focused on new developments in Cyprus. The Website helps users compare projects, developers, locations, plans and related information and can facilitate contact with the relevant project or sales team. Website content is informational unless a specific document expressly states otherwise.
Project descriptions, prices, availability, areas, floor plans, specifications, completion dates, renders, photographs and other property information may be provided by developers, their representatives or other sources and can change. A listing on NewKey is not, by itself, a binding offer, reservation, warranty or contractual commitment by a developer or by NewKey.
Before making a financial or legal commitment, confirm the current price, availability, VAT treatment, specification, permits, title-deed position, contractual terms and other material facts directly with the relevant developer and independent professional advisers.
Where account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide should be accurate and should not impersonate another person. NewKey may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users or other parties from abuse, fraud or security threats.
If you request information about a property, project or developer, NewKey may forward the information necessary to handle your request to the relevant developer, sales representative or service provider. Submitting a request does not create a property sale, agency, financing or advisory agreement unless the relevant parties separately enter into one.
Mortgage, investment, affordability, return or other calculators and editorial material are illustrative and informational. Results depend on assumptions and may not reflect taxes, fees, lending criteria, legal status, actual rental income, vacancy, market changes or your personal circumstances. Nothing on the Website is personalised legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, mortgage or technical advice.
Use independent qualified advisers before relying on Website information for a transaction or other material decision.
All copyright in photographs and videos displayed as part of real-estate projects on NewKey belongs to the relevant developer. Rights in renders, plans and other project media supplied by or on behalf of a developer likewise remain with the developer or, where specifically identified for those other materials, the relevant rights holder. Displaying project material on NewKey does not transfer those rights to NewKey and does not mean that NewKey claims ownership of developer-supplied project media.
Users may view this material for personal evaluation of properties. Copying, downloading for republication, scraping, redistributing, editing, selling, licensing or otherwise reusing developer-owned project media without permission from the relevant rights holder is prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Developer names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Separate from developer-owned project media, NewKey or its licensors may hold rights in the NewKey name and branding, original editorial texts, Website interface, layout, software, databases and other material created for the Website. These materials may not be copied, reverse engineered, republished or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by mandatory law.
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, harvest personal data, use automated systems in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load, reproduce substantial parts of the database, or use the Website for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent activity.
The Website can link to or embed third-party services, including developer websites, maps, videos, authentication services and other external tools. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. NewKey is not responsible for independent third-party services merely because a link or embed appears on the Website.
We aim to keep the Website useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, content and integrations may be changed, suspended or removed for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date above.
NewKey takes reasonable care in operating the Website, but property and third-party information can become outdated or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewKey is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on unverified third-party property information, external services or illustrative calculations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
These Terms operate subject to the mandatory laws that apply to the relevant user, service and transaction. Nothing in these Terms selects a law or court to the exclusion of mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility or other statutory protections. Any dispute will be governed and heard as determined by applicable law and any separately agreed valid contractual terms.
