NewKey may use browser storage or cookies that are necessary for core functions such as security, account sessions, form handling, language or interface preferences and remembering your cookie choice. These technologies are used because requested Website functions cannot operate properly without them.

4. Optional analytics and measurement

Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica are treated by NewKey as optional analytics technologies. They are not loaded by NewKey's Website code until you choose Accept optional cookies. If you choose Reject optional cookies, the core Website remains available and these optional analytics scripts are not loaded on the next document load.

Third-party providers determine their own cookies and retention periods. Because these can change independently of the Website code, NewKey does not list unverified cookie names or fixed lifetimes here. Provider documentation and browser storage tools can be used to inspect current third-party storage.

5. Embedded maps, video and third-party services

Some pages contain maps, videos or other content supplied by third parties, including content connected with property developers. Loading or interacting with such content may contact the external provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page being viewed and may apply its own storage technologies under its own terms. NewKey does not control third-party storage created by an independently loaded service.

6. Your choice and withdrawal

On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics. No action, closing a prompt or continuing to browse is not treated as consent. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to the core Website.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. If optional analytics have already been loaded in the current document and you withdraw consent, the Website stores the rejected choice and reloads the page so the next document starts without loading those optional scripts. You may also clear site data or use browser controls to remove stored cookies or local storage.

7. Third-party controls

Third-party providers control their own technologies and may change cookie names, purposes or retention periods. Your browser and the provider's own privacy controls may offer additional ways to limit or delete their data.

8. Legal basis for optional storage

Optional analytics are activated only after an affirmative choice.
